Wallet Terms & Conditions

These Wallet Terms & Conditions ("Wallet Terms") govern the use of the Krafto Wallet stored-value credit facility ("Wallet") operated by Krafto Digital Technologies Private Limited, registered at Level 5, Cyber City, Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India ("Krafto", "we", "us"). By creating a Wallet, topping up funds, or applying Wallet balances toward store purchases, you agree to these Wallet Terms.

1. Nature of the Krafto Wallet

The Krafto Wallet is a prepaid closed stored-value credit mechanism denominated in Indian Rupees (₹) or US Dollars ($). Wallet credits are not bank deposits, currency instruments, or securities. They do not earn interest and cannot be transferred between users, converted into cash, or withdrawn to personal bank accounts, except where mandated by statutory law.

2. Eligibility & Security Authentication

  • You must hold a verified Krafto account in good standing;
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) or email verification may be required prior to performing high-value wallet transactions;
  • Each registered user is permitted only one active Krafto Wallet;
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and preventing unauthorized transactions.

3. Funding & Top-Ups

  • Top-ups are securely processed via Razorpay or Stripe using UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards, or authorized payment methods;
  • Minimum single top-up: ₹100 ($2.00); Maximum single top-up: ₹50,000 ($600.00);
  • Maximum cumulative wallet balance at any single time: ₹100,000 ($1,200.00);
  • All top-ups are final and non-refundable once credited to your wallet balance.

4. Permitted Purchases

Wallet balances may be applied toward any digital goods, fonts, motion graphic packages, 3D assets, courses, ebooks, subscription tier passes, or developer API bundles available on Krafto.

5. Promotional & Bonus Credits

Krafto may grant promotional credits through loyalty campaigns, referral programs, or seasonal perks. Promotional credits carry zero cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and expire within 90 days unless otherwise indicated in the specific campaign terms.

6. Account Suspension & Forfeiture

Krafto reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate a Wallet if fraudulent top-up activity, unauthorized chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service are detected.
