Partnership & Sponsorship Terms

These Partnership & Sponsorship Terms ("Partnership Terms") govern all commercial collaborations, promotional perk agreements, co-marketing sponsorships, and affiliate partnerships between Krafto Digital Technologies Private Limited ("Krafto") and participating corporate or creator partners ("Partners").
1. Scope of Partnerships
Krafto partners with creative software platforms, AI infrastructure providers, design tool developers, and industry sponsors to offer exclusive perks, discounts, verified tool integrations, and co-branded developer experiences to the Krafto community.
2. Partner Obligations & Perk Authenticity
Partners agree to:
- Provide genuine, commercially valid discount codes, credits, or extended trials as advertised in the Sponsorships & Offers hub;
- Maintain uninterrupted availability of advertised integration APIs or redemption landing pages during the promotional term;
- Honour all user redemptions generated through authentic Krafto referral traffic;
- Refrain from making misleading, false, or deceptive marketing claims regarding the capabilities of their products or services.
3. Trademark & Brand Usage Guidelines
Krafto grants Partner a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to display the Krafto name and logo solely in direct connection with approved co-marketing activities. Partner shall not alter, distort, or misuse Krafto brand assets or imply endorsement without prior written consent.
4. Revenue Share & Referral Payouts
Where a partnership agreement includes commission or referral revenue share, payouts will be reconciled on a monthly net-30 schedule, subject to verification of legitimate non-fraudulent referral conversions.
5. Independent Contractors & Non-Exclusivity
Krafto and Partner operate as independent legal entities. Nothing in these Partnership Terms creates a joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, employment, or agency relationship. Unless explicitly contracted in writing, all partnerships are non-exclusive.
6. Suspension, Takedown & Termination
Krafto reserves the unilateral right to immediately delist any partner perk, remove co-marketing banners, or terminate a partnership agreement if Partner experiences significant service outages, engages in unlawful conduct, breaches user trust, or infringes intellectual property.
