Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krafto website, storefront, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by [Legal entity name — e.g. Krafto Pvt. Ltd.], registered at [Registered business address] ("Krafto", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Krafto is a digital-goods storefront offering fonts, motion graphics, templates, presets, AI assets, prompts, ebooks, courses, and applications, available either as individual one-time purchases or bundled into subscription plans (Free, Go, Pro, VIP).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to hold a paid account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscribing to a paid plan (Go, Pro, or VIP) charges you the displayed price at the time of purchase and switches your account to that plan immediately. Plans do not currently auto-renew — each subscription is a one-time charge for continued access, and you will need to resubscribe if you want to keep or change your plan once that access period ends. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include taxes as displayed at checkout.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Krafto does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details — they are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards.

5. Licensing of purchased content

Purchasing or unlocking an item through a subscription grants you a license to use that item under the terms in our Content Licensing page, not ownership of the underlying work. Krafto and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the content offered on the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Krafto content outside the terms of its license;
  • Share your account credentials or access with people outside your household/team as permitted by your plan;
  • Use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content in reviews or support requests;
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or tier gating;
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

7. User content

Reviews and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant Krafto a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use them on the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via Help & support.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krafto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law / State, India], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].
