Premium interior Preset 50

50 Premium Interior Preset is a dramatic black-and-white Lightroom preset designed for interior, architectural, real estate, and property photography. It converts the image completely to grayscale and combines maximum contrast with deep blacks, lifted shadows, heavily suppressed highlights and whites, strong clarity, and a custom master tone curve.

Exposure receives a small +0.20 increase, while Contrast is pushed all the way to +100. This gives the preset extremely strong separation between lighter and darker architectural elements.

Highlights are reduced by -81 and Whites are pushed to the maximum -100, providing exceptionally strong control over windows, lamps, reflective surfaces, white walls, and other bright areas.

Shadows are increased by +36, revealing additional information in darker portions of an interior. Blacks move strongly in the opposite direction at -77, preserving deep black areas and giving the monochrome image substantial depth.

Clarity is increased by +24, adding definition to architectural lines, flooring, furniture, walls, stone, wood, fabrics, and other textures.

The preset converts the photograph to grayscale, but all eight grayscale mixer channels remain at 0. This means no individual color range is selectively brightened or darkened through Lightroom's grayscale mixer.

A custom master tone curve further shapes the monochrome contrast. It lifts the absolute black point, keeps much of the shadow and midtone range close to neutral, subtly lifts part of the upper-mid range, and significantly compresses the brightest endpoint.

No active sharpening, luminance noise reduction, grain, vignette, or split-toning color is applied. Color noise reduction remains at 25, although the final photograph is converted to grayscale.
