Premium interior Preset 42

42 Premium Interior Preset is a muted and shadow-focused Lightroom preset designed for interior, architectural, real estate, and property photography. It combines maximum shadow recovery, strongly lifted blacks, heavily reduced highlights, moderate contrast and clarity, substantial global desaturation, and custom RGB curves to create a soft yet dimensional interior aesthetic.

Exposure is slightly reduced by -0.24, while Shadows are pushed to the maximum +100. Blacks are also increased substantially to +57, revealing a large amount of information from darker portions of an interior.

Highlights move strongly in the opposite direction at -81, helping control windows, artificial lighting, reflections, and other bright areas. Whites are reduced more subtly by -7.

Contrast is increased by +13 and Clarity by +15, providing moderate definition without creating an excessively harsh or overprocessed appearance.

Color treatment is intentionally restrained. Global Saturation is reduced heavily by -43 and Vibrance by -14. Unlike many presets that use extensive HSL manipulation, all individual HSL hue, saturation, and luminance adjustments remain at 0. This means the muted color palette comes primarily from the global Saturation and Vibrance controls.

The preset also uses custom red, green, and blue tone curves. These curves introduce additional tonal and color shaping across shadows, midtones, and highlights while the master curve darkens part of the lower tonal range.
