30 Premium Interior Preset is a monochrome Lightroom preset designed specifically for interior, architectural, and real estate photography. Unlike the previous color-focused presets, this preset converts the image entirely to black and white and uses a custom grayscale mix to control how individual colors translate into monochrome tones.

The preset lifts shadows by +39 and blacks by +17, revealing additional detail in darker areas of a room. Highlights are reduced by -35 and whites by -10, helping control bright surfaces, windows, lighting, and reflective areas.

A custom tone curve further shapes the image, with darker dark tones and enhanced lighter regions creating additional depth and separation. Clarity is increased by +8 to provide slightly stronger definition to architectural lines, furniture, textures, and interior details.

The grayscale mix is individually adjusted for reds, oranges, yellows, greens, aquas, and blues. Orange areas are rendered brighter, while greens, blues, aquas, yellows, and reds are darkened to varying degrees. This gives the monochrome conversion more intentional tonal separation than a simple desaturation.

The preset also applies strong camera calibration adjustments, particularly to the red, green, and blue primaries, which contribute to how the original colors are interpreted during the black-and-white conversion.
